One of the most popular benefit and cafeteria element is the local transport contribution. Edenred Hungary (former Accor Services) recognized this and launched its Transport season tickets service which helps to order – together with other Edenred vouchers- the local transport pass ensuring the commuting of employees.

• Our clients can buy local transport pass together with other vouchers: from one service provider, at one place, with one-time administration.
• The local transport pass is 25% tax both for the employer and the employee.
• We ensure the passes together with the vouchers in classified packages according to different departments.

With the Transport season tickets service all the popular type of passes can be purchased which are used day-by day by the employees in Budapest and outside of the township.

Passes can be ordered within the township of Budapest:

• • Monthly pass
• • Budapest combined pass (BKV-MÁV-VOLÁN combined pass)
• • Yearly preferential pass

Passes can be ordered outside of the township of Budapest:

• Peripheral local pass
• Peripheral pass for zone in 5 km
• Peripheral pass for zone in 10 km

The ordering of passes should be managed only via NEVEZŐ program.

1. Please, give your delivery address! In the program there is an opportunity to fix orders at different delivery addresses which enables also the ordering of those companies who have more sites.

2. In the rolling down menu of „Jegytípus"(Voucher type) please choose „Helyi tömegközlekedési bérlet" (Local transport pass) from the given products.

3. Beside the name of each employee, in the column of „Bérlet típusa" (Pass type) you can choose – with the help of the rolling down menu – the pass type what you want to order. After that do the check of recorded date with pushing the „Ellenőrzés" (Check) button.

4. Program prepares the „Bérlet rendelés összesítőt" (Pass ordering summary). After reading and accepting delivery conditions push the button „Megrendelés elküldése" (Send order) thus your order will be sent by mail to Edenred.

Edenred Hungary (former Accor Services) distributes passes within 4 working days.
