Delivery

Delivery of packages

Home delivery is available at the rate specified in the contract. The voucher package is delivered to customers during working hours (between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.) at the agreed date by a courier service. For security reasons, vouchers are presented only to the designated person. If you do not want to pay extra for morning delivery, but you want the vouchers to be available already in the morning, please order delivery for the previous day.

Ordered vouchers can be collected in our offices and several designated Raiffeisen bank branches free of charge. Collect your vouchers at the nearest Raiffeisen branch!

Vouchers can be collected for free at 143 Raiffeisen branches across the country. When you pay for your vouchers in cash or by bank transfer, please mark collection at Raiffeisen Bank on the order form and visit the nearest Raiffeisen branch. To collect vouchers, present your cash payment receipt or bank transfer receipt. (If your do not have an account at Raiffeisen Bank, you can only make a cash payment).
