What is regulated by the service provider contract?
In accordance with the regulations in effect the fund is obliged to conclude a contract with the healthcare fund service provider. The contract has certain obligatory contentual and formal elements in order to make the providing of the healthcare fund service safe, controllable and accountable.
In order to ensure the controllability and accountability of both the healthcare fund and the provider of the healthcare fund services, the relevant provisions prescribe an obligatory written form of the contract concluded between them. To make the written contract obligatory is important for the purpose of making the health fund to conclude contracts with providers who are able to provide services on an appropriate quality level, and the elements of this agreement can be easily proved, so that they can be accountable and controllable, too. From this the legislator allows an exception exclusively in the case when it is about supporting a service in direct relevance to a sports activity (in fact, it means the supporting of the sporting activity).
What is regulated by the contract on voucher acceptance?
The member settles the price of the services by paying by the voucher - Ticket Wellness –that has been provided for him by the fund for this purpose.
The voucher can be used very easily and safely by the members, and it also provides them an overview of the amount on their health fund account.
The voucher- and administration system of Wellness Healthcare Fund is operated by Accor Services Hungary Ltd (ASH). The market leader voucher distributor of Hungary provides its vouchers for more than a decade for 900,000 employees of 15,000 companies and public service institutions.
Its distributed products include Ticket Restaurant food and lunch voucher, Top Premium gift voucher, Ticket Service schooling voucher, Ticket Culture culture voucher, Ticket Web internet and Ticket Wellness health fund vouchers.
The above vouchers can be exchanged only at those providers who have previously concluded an affiliate contract with the distributor of the vouchers on accepting them.
The countrywide network of the Fund is continuously extending. Among our Partners one can find hospitals, private clinics or even healthcare centres, at which we have managed to reach discounts in different levels for our members. This can vary between 5 and 20%, so our members and their relatives can require healthcare, sports and recreational services on a price that is much lower than before.

What do you have to undertake if you would like to be one of our affiliates accepting the Ticket Wellness voucher?
- you conclude a contract on accepting Ticket Wellness health fund vouchers,
- you accept the Ticket Wellness health fund vouchers as a tool of payment on denomination value printed on the vouchers. If possible, provides discounts for the customers paying by a voucher.
- before accepting a voucher, you check whether the voucher is faked or not, and whether it is valid or not. You can accept the vouchers until the date of validity printed on them.
- you shall not pay cash in exchange for the voucher, neither shall you return cash from the sum of the voucher./li>
- you shall issue a VAT invoice on the purchase or service in accordance with the all-time law on VAT in effect or (please underline the right one)
- for the name and address of the fund, simultaneously indicating the name and membership document ID of the fund member,
- for the name and address of the member, simultaneously indicating the membership document ID of the fund member,
- you write the value of the taken over vouchers on the invoice (on its back side), (how much has been paid by a voucher from the full sum of the invoice)
- you staple the taken over vouchers together with the relevant VAT invoice,
- if the member of the found would like to pay by a Ticket Wellness voucher for a product or service that cannot be accepted by the fund, you shall notify the member about this fact and reject the takeover of the voucher (preliminary control of the invoice)
- you place out the Ticket Wellness sticker (referring to the services that can be required there) onto a place on the front door of its shop where it can be seen perfectly,
- you hand over the collected Ticket Wellness health fund vouchers in a closed package for the representative of ASH, in a period determined by you, in a status that is appropriate for processing them via computer (the tickets shall be torn out from the booklets stapled together with the relevant VAT invoice). Invalidates the vouchers before handover in a way that on their backside puts a stamp of his company. ASH does not take over a non-closed or damaged package.
- you initiate for the contractual forwarder of ASH, to take over the collected vouchers stapled together with the VAT invoices on the address and date set by the affiliate partner.
- after the accepted vouchers you shall pay a fee, the amount of which is regulated by the contract.
What does Edenred Ltd. undertake?
- exchanges for cash the vouchers stapled with the relevant VAT invoice(s) accepted by you,
- upon your request, it can provide an attached registration form for preparing the vouchers,
- keeps you informed continuously about the list of products and services accepted by the fund,
- provides you the possibility to submit the packages of vouchers for free in its Budapest centre and its countryside offices (Pécs, Miskolc, Szeged, Győr),
- transfers price of the vouchers received by him, reduced with the handling (and the potential delivery) fee plus the VAT, to you within 10 working days after receiving the vouchers. Edenred Hungary does not refund the par value of faked or expired vouchers; furthermore, it does not take responsibility for lost vouchers or the ones that have not been taken over.
- Your further shops (offices) to be opened potentially in the future receive an authority automatically to accept the vouchers.
