E-Ticket Web – the virtual life of a tax-free benefit

Edenred Hungary Ltd. has been providing the internet voucher for supporting internet usage at home already since 2006. Just like in that time, the Company has introduced the online form to the market as the first voucher provider.

Based on the modifications in the regulations on cafeteria that came into effect on 2011 the internet voucher has remained discount taxation (19,04%) contribution on the market with the monthly limit of 5.000 HUF.

At Edenred Hungary Ltd. the voucher has been changed from 1st January, 2010 to an online form, in order to provide even more flexible possibilities for its clients. This change does not mean any difficulties for the employees, as they have been using the code printed on the vouchers when requesting the service from each internet provider. Today, instead of a voucher the entitled persons can receive this code on an online surface. Of course, the regulations relevant for the vouchers are valid for the e-Ticket Web, as well.
