Contracts

Contact our sales representatives for more information about concluding contracts for vouchers. Contract might be concluded personally, by phone or by fax. The conditions of our services in the contract are different for each voucher type. Please coordinate with our sales representatives to get detailed information on this.

Service fee

Service fees are charged on vouchers as a set percentage of the order value, which is defined in the contract.

Validity, crediting of expired vouchers.

To minimise risk, the design and security components of vouchers are changed annually. Vouchers are valid until their indicated expiry date. Once expired, they are not accepted by affiliated partners. Expired unused vouchers can be credited to customers. It is not possible to credit vouchers that were not ordered by the company that is trying to get them credited. Expired vouchers in the form of separated tickets have to be returned to the Budapest office within 30 days of expiry.

Please attach to the returned package a credit form with an official stamp indicating the number and value of returned vouchers and your bank account number. Vouchers unused by private individuals can be credited through the employer only; for more information about this matter please contact our Customer Service directly at (06 1) 413-3333.

Missing or damaged vouchers

If vouchers are missing from the delivered package, please contact our Customer Service immediately at (06 1) 413-3333.

A voucher is damaged if it is refused by affiliated partners due to being impossible to identify. A voucher may suffer damage if the stub is improperly decomposed, the barcode is unreadable, the voucher is washed, it becomes soiled or it is inaccurately printed. The rules for replacing damaged vouchers are outlined in the contract.

Changing data
