What is needed to be able to accept the Edenred Cafeteria cards?
- For the acceptance of the Edenred Cafeteria card any operated banking terminal is capable? If you have not terminal, then we help to establish the connection with the bank.
- Making contract with Edenred Hungary Ltd. for the card / voucher acceptance.
- In case of existing terminal operator you should not make a separate contract with the bank related Edenred Cafeteria card acceptance, however, concerning the banking transaction costs of the terminal operator only the bank will be able to provide information.
Who do I contact and what to do if a bank terminal (POS) indicates error during the course of “pulling the card”?
- The terminal can only accept the Edenred Cafeteria cards in the case when the shop is contracted with Edenred Hungary Ltd. or appropriate card type is wished to use. In this case the contract is required for acceptance.
- In case of other possible error messages the procedure is the same as the bank card messages.
What are the costs associated with the acceptance of the cards?
- Commission related card acceptance (in accordance with the rates specified in the contract) can be invoiced only by Edenred Hungary Ltd.
