How can I order the voucher for my employees?
The essential difference between ordering TR cards and paper-based vouchers is that the card/voucher is received by the employee at the first order, and later on the employee “fills” the virtual voucher inventory of the employee. At the first order, the employer provides the necessary data in the predefined format for employee voucher orders. The employer pays for the vouchers each month or adhering to a predefined regularity. On the 2nd working day after the funds arrive, Accor Services credits the amount for the employee, which might be used at the affiliates.
How long does it take to deliver this service?
After the bank transfer's realisation the cards will be delivered in 20 calendar days (if the list of employees is turned over).
When can the employee use his card after the funds are transferred?
On the 3rd working day after the bank transfer of the employer has arrived.
Can the employees use the card at the same locations where they were using vouchers earlier?
Edenred has the largest network of affiliates for paper-based vouchers as well as for electronic cards. If there is any shop, store, supermarket which does not yet accept cards and Edenred is informed, then a contract is offered in 1-2 days to these companies – recommend an affiliate and you get a dinner for 2 people in addition to the usual gift?
Do the different benefits mean different gifts?
There are separate cards for all forms of benefits to facilitate easier identification. Meal cards are used in food stores and luncheon vouchers are used in restaurants and that’s the way to take advantage of the tax exemption – which means meal cards have a 6,000 HUF and luncheon cards have a 12,000 HUF balance for each month.
How many times should the amount added to the balance of the card?
Just like for paper-based vouchers, the employer might pay for the whole year in advance, but it is possible to pay for it for a month, quarter or 6 months. Moreover, it is also possible for the employer to transfer the whole yearly amount in one lump sum, but only the monthly maximum amount is going to be credited to the employee’s card each month.
What kind of data is required for the card?
Name of the employee; if the card is personalized, then the name of the employer will appear on the card, and the employee has to sign the back of the card.

All our customers are kindly requested to send all bank transfers for cards without exception to the bank account specified on the money request form (díjbekérő) they received. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that the amount received will be credited to the cards!

You can decided how you provide your employees with the meal or luncheon allowances – in the usual way, monthly, quarterly, every 6 months or yearly. You can credit these amounts to the employee balances accordingly.
Cards have to be activated prior to use. „Mass” activation by the employer is possible, or the card holder might individually activate his or her card online or on the phone.
