Useful advices for affiliates
Before accepting a voucher please check whether it meets the following security criteria:
- the term of validity indicated on the voucher has not expired,
- the right side of the voucher includes a hotspot fading when exposed to heat and a spot of glittering ink
- the paper of the voucher includes a watermark displaying flying birds,
- the back side of the voucher has not been stamped by any other partner, the bar code of the voucher is not damaged (incomplete or overwritten).
Invalidating and summarizing vouchers
To prevent abuse, accepted vouchers have to be invalidated by putting the partner's stamp on their back side.
Invalidated vouchers have to be summarized on a Summary Sheet indicating the type of voucher, their denomination, total value and method of payment.
Partners accepting several types of vouchers may return them unsorted. In this case, the type of vouchers, their denomination, number, total value and method of payment have to be indicated on the Summary Sheet.
Invoices are prepared by type of voucher.
Returning vouchers
Vouchers can be returned in several ways:

In Budapest and regional offices (Győr, Miskolc, Pécs, Szeged), Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Returning vouchers and having them checked
In the Budapest office only,
Monday to Wednesday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., Thursday: between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Friday: closed
Postal delivery
As postal parcels are often lost in transit, we suggest that vouchers should be sent as mail enclosing valuables. We assume no liability for lost postal items.

Safe delivery using Royal Sprint courier service
Royal Mail collects vouchers from partners at a discount rate:
- in Budapest: HUF 875 + 20% VAT per carriage
- in regional locations: HUF: 1375 + 20% VAT per carriage
The courier has to be paid upon collecting the carriage. Delivery can be ordered at (06-1) 216-3606 or 217-3707. Royal Sprint accepts responsibility up to the value declared for carriage. Safe delivery using DHL
Under a partnership between Accor Services and DHL, the delivery charge can be subsequently subtracted from the vouchers' value. To use this service, you need to sign a contract with DHL in advance. If you are interested, please call (06-1) 413-5410.
Paying vouchers
Accepting partners can specify a payment date upon returning vouchers. This option has been popular with partners over recent years. The specified payment date applies only to the given voucher package, it does not entail long-term commitment.
Available payment date options and their charges:
Express payment (on the third business day following the receipt of vouchers by the Budapest office) – charge: handling fee set in the contract + 1% + VAT
Normal payment (on the tenth business day following the receipt of vouchers by the Budapest office) – charge: handling fee set in the contract
Extended payment (on the twentieth business day following the receipt of vouchers by the Budapest office) – charge: handling fee set in the contract - 0.4% + VAT
If you do not wish to utilize this option, we comply with the contracted deadline.
Sticker placement

Please place the sticker indicating voucher acceptance at the entrance and near the cash desk.
Sticker placement is important for promoting voucher sales, as stickers help voucher users find partners.
Based on survey results, voucher users tend to become regular customers also after spending their vouchers. Consequently, placing a sticker is a good way to win new customers. Free stickers are available in various sizes after signing the contract and any time afterwards upon request. Stickers can be requested at (06-1) 413-5410.
